Hey Spartans, its that time again. If you haven't been to any of Elite Gaming's recent Indianapolis tournaments then you have been missing out! Its time for our ODST FaceOff Tourney. We give away CASH & Gift Prizes at EVERY one of our events! We're talkin' COLD HARD CASH! Dozens of FULL HD screens are waiting and ready for this tournament. We're hosting it at the AMAZING Net Heads( www.netheads.com ) in Carmel, IN. I advise you to GET REGISTERED fast because the spots are limited !
Tournament Day Specifics:
When : November 7th, 2009
Registration 11:00-11:45am
Gameplay PROMPTLY starts at 12pm.
**Greater than 5 minutes late for your match gives us the right to forfeit your position.

Tournament Format :
Free For All Slayer / 2v2 / 4v4 / Firefight Challenge
** We are trying to use settings similar to the Major League of Gaming events so most will feel comfortable **
Free For All
4-Player Matches / No Vehicles / 10min Rounds / Unlimited Scoring / 1st Place Prize $100 CASH
--Minimum of players is 4, for the $100 Cash prize. Lower entrants than 4 change the prize to 75% of the "Pot" of entry fee cash. First Round heats MUST have 4 members to compete.
2v2 Team Slayer
4-Player Matches / Vehicles Allowed / 10min Rounds / Unlimited Scoring / 1st Place Team Prize $150 CASH
--Minimum of TEAMS is 4, for the $150 Cash prize. Less than 4 teams change the prize to 75% of the "Pot" of entry fee cash.
4v4 Team Slayer
8-Player Matches / Vehicles Allowed / 10min Rounds / Unlimited Scoring / 1st Place Team Prize $200 CASH
--Minimum of TEAMS is 4, for the $200 Cash prize. Less than 4 teams change the prize to 75% of the "Pot" of entry fee cash. For an ODD number of teams, a ticket will be drawn for a "by".
Fire Fight: - Difficulty : Heroic.
4-Player Matches. There is no minimum number of players.
-- Your "Heat" ends when all lives are used. You do NOT have to pay additional entry fee to refresh lives, BUT if players are waiting, you must wait until your turn again.

**Any Rules and/or pricing is subject to change up to one week before the tournament date (November 2, 2009). Any tickets purchased before a change is made will not incur additional charges if price is increased, but Will get an issued REFUND if prices drop.
Tournament Rules
1. NO CHEATING…
a. For example: “Glitching”, conspiring communication, frequently pausing game etc..
2. Player arriving greater than 10 minutes late for his/her heat, will forfeit his position in the tournament if seen fit by EG (This usually wont happen). No Refunds will be given to late arrivers (greater than 10 minutes). Upon a player forfeit, another player will be chosen to take this position.
3. NO Violent activity will be acceptable. This includes yelling, throwing objects, physical contact, etc.
4. NO FOUL LANGUAGE! Respect all others in attendance by not using curse words. Elite Gaming reserves the right to disqualify/ remove any person that violates this rule.
5. Headphones and personal mp3 players are allowed to be worn during play.
6. All items brought to the tournament are the player’s responsibility, and Elite Gaming Tourney Club is not responsible for losses.
7. Individuals caught stealing will be dealt with accordingly.
8. If in any event, game play is interrupted by power failure or freezing, that heat will be started over with the FULL starting time limit. All players’ scores will be reset also.
9. Players must play using PROVIDED peripherals; including controllers.
10. Participant/spectator AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be allowable in provided venue according to their guidelines.
11. Elite Gaming does not claim responsibility for anyone in attendance at the tournament.
12. Brackets are not separated by age
13. Any type of gambling/ bet activities is PROHIBITED.
